Amber, her brother Ricky, and their mother Donna arrived at her grandparents’ house around 3 p.m. on Saturday, January 13th, 1996. Shortly afterward, Amber and Ricky asked if they could ride around the block on two bikes that were kept there for when kids come to visit.

At approximately 11:30pm on January 17, 1996 the body of Amber was discovered by Stuart Kosher, a local man who was out walking his dog.

Funeral and burial of Amber Hagerman
The funeral for Amber Hagerman was held on January 22, 1996, at the First United Methodist Church in Arlington, Texas. Following the service, she was laid to rest at Moore Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Arlington. The grave location serves as a place for loved ones to visit and remember her, while also symbolizing the enduring impact of her life and the tragic circumstances of her passing.
